ReNEW seminar on Strategic Planning

Our target audience is more than just senior leaders and planners. One of the disconnects we see most often relates to the lack of a tie between the Strategic Plan and department and individual goals and objectives. Even when it exists it tends to be so fluffy it could be interpreted to mean anything one wants it to mean. Addressing the importance of this and providing examples of how it can work may bring the strategic planning process down to earth for those who aren't directly involved in the high level planning.
